To ensure privacy, security, and HIPAA compliance, BioEdge uses a third-party EHR platform to manage all medical intake forms, treatment history, and payment processing for clinical services and products.
When you complete your intake form or purchase a treatment plan/product, you will be redirected to a secure external platform. Your health information and payment details are not stored directly on BioEdge’s website.
We do not have access to your full medical file or financial data submitted through the EHR system, except for what is shared with us by your consent for the purpose of care coordination.
